Here is a Short list of Limiting Behaviors. All of these are present from time to time. These behaviors limit our capability and effectiveness. By catching these behaviors as the happen, or even after the fact, we can make efforts to improve our self mastery.

Blaming others for your failures instead of taking responsibility for your actions.

Constantly seeking approval from others to validate your self-worth.

Dwelling on the past and allowing old mistakes to dictate your present behavior.

Avoiding change and fearing the unknown, which leads to staying in a "comfort zone".

Giving up easily when challenges arise or results are not immediate.

Suppressing emotions instead of processing them, leading to internal emotional instability.

Comparing your journey to others, which fosters jealousy and diminishes happiness.

Refusing to say "no," leading to overcommitment and a loss of personal boundaries.

Engaging in negative self-talk, such as believing you are incapable or "not enough".

Hiding mistakes instead of admitting them to learn and move forward.

Ruminating (overthinking) on problems without taking action to solve them.

Letting emotions rule, such as acting on immediate anger or fear rather than using logic.

Neglecting self-care, including poor sleep, nutrition, and lack of exercise.

Trying to control everything, including the opinions of others and unavoidable future outcomes.

Holding onto grudges and refusing to forgive, which keeps you trapped in negativity.

Avoiding hard conversations and confrontation, allowing problems to fester.

Refusing to ask for help, often out of fear that it makes you look incompetent.

Chasing instant gratification over long-term, meaningful progress.

Failing to apologize, stemming from ego and an inability to accept vulnerability.

Living in a victim mentality, feeling that the world "owes" you something.

38 points. Asking for feedback is probably the hardest. Good feedback is so important. Just hard to ask for. :)

This week I was very busy, but I managed to get most of the pillars done. Wasn't able to get all 8 though. There wasn't anything I could knock off my "to-do list" my schedule is pretty packed lol. The memory palace was a nice touch with this challenge though. At this time I don't have anything I'm studying for but I'll probably end up using this soon enough. I read a book on the memory palace a few years ago called "Moon Walking With Einstein" which was a good read on how to create a memory palace. Real cool stuff no doubt.

Oops. 57. Lol. Should have checked my math. Philosophy I cheated on and did a YouTube lecture series on the history of philosophy. Haha. Fill gap was hard. Lol

Neglected Value was probably the most uncomfortable. Explain someone's value was a little disarming to people. I certainly did like the effect tho!

35 Points for this Challenge. Active listening was by far the hardest for me. Work improvement helped with my scheduling. Identifying misaligned actions to core values was unfortunately too easy. Lol. Will work harder on that.

Random acts of kindness also surprisingly hard to remember.
