Easy tasks that help create ultra positivity.

1.  Be Present

     Take a short mindful walk.

     1point per rep.

2.  Be Positive.

     Add a song to an uplifting and motivational music playlist

    1 point per rep

3.  Be Kind.

 

     Forgive someone for something.  Make it small.  Not doing dishes.  Cutting you off in traffic.  

Etc.  

      1 point per rep

4.  Nurture your Relationships.

    Talk to someone you have never talked to before.

     1 point per rep

5.  Grow your Mind. 

     Learn about creating a Growth Mindset. Read or watch anything by Carol Dweck.

     1 point per rep (5 mins).

6. Optimize your Situation. 

   Identify one small limiting Behavior in your life and test one solution.  This does not mean that you are weak minded,  just that everyone slips at one time.

    1 point per rep.

7. Care for your Body. 

    Choose a plyometrics exercise and add it to your regular exercise routine.

    1 point per set.

8. Find your Meaning.  

    Take a moment, or identify a moment, when you do an act of service.

    1 point per rep.
