Looking Deep
This one is about self-awareness. There is a common focus on looking inward.

1. Be Present.
Do a short Metta Meditation. 5 Minutes
2 points per 1 rep.
2. Be Positive.
Learn, create and repeat a positive affirmation.
1 point per 5 reps.
3. Be Kind.
Do a Random Act of Kindness. RAK
Let someone into a Queue or in traffic. Hold a door for someone. Etc.
1 point per rep
4. Nurture your Relationships.
Listen actively to someone for 5 minutes.
1 point per rep (point is for attempt. It doesn't matter if you are Successful.)
5. Grow your Mind.
Spend 5 minutes learning about a Science you know nothing about. (For me it would be Thermodynamics or Microbial Ecology. I know very little about either.)
1 point per rep. (Apply 5 minutes towards the task.)
6. Optimize your Situation.
Plan and implement 1 small improvement to your work. (environmental, social, competence, etc.)
1 point per rep.
7. Care for your Body.
Utilize one available health resource. Book a checkup, get an issue seen to check your BP.
5 points per rep
8. Find your Meaning.
Identify an action that you did that did not align with your values. Decide how you could do better.
2 points per rep.

35 Points for this Challenge. Active listening was by far the hardest for me. Work improvement helped with my scheduling. Identifying misaligned actions to core values was unfortunately too easy. Lol. Will work harder on that.
Random acts of kindness also surprisingly hard to remember.
