Do Double Inhalation Breathing.
( I have done this for over a decade for everything from firefighting to divorce court. It can give immediate results when you train it.)

Name a big win in your past and remember how you did it.

3. Be Kind.
Take the knife out of your voice. (listen for a negative tone in your voice and remove it)

4. Nurture your Relationships.
Let someone know why you value knowing them.
1 point per rep
5. Grow your Mind.
Spend 5 minutes learning about Philosophy. Any book or podcast or video of your choice.
1 point per rep. (Apply 5 minutes towards the task.)
6. Optimize your Situation.
Look around you. Identify a gap. Missing item. Or need. Look for a small way to add value in that area. (Work. Home. Community)
1 point per rep.
7. Care for your Body.
Do an exercise snack. (Stairs, burpees, pushups, sprinting, squats, etc.)
1 point per set.
8. Find your Meaning.
Think of something that you care about but have neglected. Spend 5 minutes fixing it.
2 points per rep.

Oops. 57. Lol. Should have checked my math. Philosophy I cheated on and did a YouTube lecture series on the history of philosophy. Haha. Fill gap was hard. Lol
Neglected Value was probably the most uncomfortable. Explain someone's value was a little disarming to people. I certainly did like the effect tho!
