6. Optimize your Situation.
Learn Continuous Improvement and the PDCA cycle. Also called the “Deming Cycle” and apply it to improving anything in your life. Think of all relationships as processes and apply these principles to improving them.

7. Care for your Body.
Do a Sun Salutation. Surya Namaskar A or B or both. If you have bad balance, modify as needed. Yogis, do both, or replace with your regular practice.

Write one thing you do while living your ideal life. Just imagine living your ideal life and think of one thing you are doing.
