Be present is a core idea of Positive Psychology. It is integral to Martin Seligman's PERMA model, a framework for wellbeing. There are over 700 clinics dedicated to the practice of MBSR. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Thanks to Jon Kabat-Zinn. The science has proven the effectiveness of these methods for reducing PTSD symptoms, Fear, anger, and anxiety. With over 30 years as a Toronto firefighter and fire captain, I help bring real-world experience to resilience and performance coaching. Backed by studying positive psychology and certifications from Harvard, PESI, and the Transformation Academy,

I specialize in:
• Building resilience in first responders facing critical incident stress and operational demands
• Helping individuals with ADHD turn challenges into strengths, improving focus, productivity, and mental fitness
