Ever wonder if your behaviors are working against you? You have the intentions, knowledge, and attitude but things don't work out as well as they should? Or maybe you want to maximize your effectiveness and power! Go through the attached list and see how many of these, you can catch yourself doing. Check off the boxes as you go. If you're iffy on any of them, check them off anyways. Then make an effort to improve these behaviors one at a time.

Just an explanation of what inspired me to create the 8 Pillar Program.

I saw the need to take all the science available and create a system that would help build mental strength. The goal being to have greater life satisfaction, better outcomes, and a longer life.
