Weekly Challenge

Meeting
Players meet once per week for approximately 1 hour to review the previous Round and begin the next one.
Challenge Rounds A total of 8 Rounds (8 weeks) is recommended in a Challenge.
MEETING STRUCTURE
Each weekly Challenge Meeting is divided into two halves:
Review & Scoring
Players discuss last week’s tasks, share experiences, and offer feedback.
Scores are reviewed and added to the Leaderboard.
New Task Assignment
The facilitator assigns 8 new tasks, one from each Pillar. The group discusses the importance, benefits, and instructions for each task and shares any related resources.
THE WEEKLY TASKS
Weekly Tasks Each player receives 8 tasks, 1 per Pillar. Each task takes roughly 2–5 mins to complete. A maximum of 10 task completions may be recorded per Pillar per Round, preventing easier Pillars from overly influencing scores.
A fresh set of tasks is assigned at the start of each new Round (every 7 days).
Task Assignment
Tasks are assigned randomly by the facilitator from the set task lists for each Pillar. Scoring Players earn 1 point per completed task, up to 10 points per Pillar per week. A bonus 10 Points is given if at least 1 Point is completed from each of the 8 Pillars. Each player records their own completed tasks on a personal Scorecard. Scores are confirmed by the facilitator at the start of the weekly meeting. Points from all weeks are totaled at the end of the Challenge.
WINNING & AWARDS
The player with the highest total points at the end of the Challenge Round is the winner. Awards Additional awards may be given, such as: Most Consistent (most Rounds submitted) Highest Total Points
CONTESTING A SCORE
Players may contest another player’s score during the weekly review. If contested, the player must provide proof of completion or forfeit points for the disputed Pillar.
