Limiting Beliefs List

Here is a list of commonly held Limiting beliefs. These are generally beliefs that are often untrue and need to be challenged. Use this as a resource if you need help identifying a held limiting belief.

I will also link to methods that work to challenge these beliefs.

WORTH

Ѻ           I’m don’t meet expectations

Ѻ           I am a disappointment

Ѻ           I’m a fraud

Ѻ           I am inadequate

Ѻ           I am a failure

Ѻ           I am never successful

Ѻ           I’m not worth listening to
