KINDFLEX Challenge for June 21,2025

AMRAP (As many reps as possible)


  1. 5 Mindful breaths

  2. 5 Reps of a personal affirmation

  3. Let 1 person go ahead in a lineup. Open a door for 1 person. Let 1 person in, in traffic. (any of these)

  4. Reach out to 1 person you haven't talked to in over a month.

  5. Read one article related to something you want to learn. (5 minutes max)

  6. 10 pushups

  7. Journal on one value that is important to you. (3 minutes or less.)

Each rep from any category counts for one point. All 7 categories completed count for 10 points.
